Refund policy

Daisy.Kids+Life would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour, doesn’t fit, or maybe you've changed your mind it can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 12 months). We do not refund for any of these circumstances.
 
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:
  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
 
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to return and exchange and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
 
How to make a return for exchange or refund.
  • Check that you meet all the conditions above.
  • Contact us at sales@daisy-kids-life.com and let us know what the issue is.
  • Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
  • Return the item/s to be exchanged, include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Please Note:  Strictly no returns or exchanges on SALE or discounted items. We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact within 5 days from delivery so that we may resolve any issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.  If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt date so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
